I started my journey in 2018. After years of using employment agencies for my own contract welding work, I decided the time was right to set up Bec Recruitment Ltd. This was actually my ambition from back in the early 90’s. It was only a few years ago I could actually put my ambition into practice. Sometime in our lives we have to take our chance. Be brave. Venture away from our comfort zone.
I have gone from strength to strength by delivering a great honest service to my clients. A great honest service to my candidates. I value everyone equally.
